Simone Allen

Simone Allen is more than just a visionary—she’s a lioness on a mission. The idea for Trip’IN didn’t come from a boardroom. It came from heartbreak, hope, and a 3 a.m. wake-up call from God. After spending $2,500 trying to take her two kids on an African safari—a trip they never made due to flight costs—Simone was devastated. A month later, they were evicted. But instead of giving up, she got quiet, listened, and wrote down an idea in the dark that would eventually become Trip’IN.

That moment of loss became the birthplace of legacy. Simone is a bold risk-taker with a heart for adventure and a calling to create community. Her journey is a testament to betting on yourself—even when the odds are stacked high. Along the way, she’s published a book (How To Take A Selfie), been crowned Miss Carrollton Plus America 2017, and won the 2019 Boss Women Media + Dallas Mavericks pitch competition.

When she’s not building Trip’IN, she’s traveling the world with her children through her part-time job at American Airlines. That role keeps her grounded in the real-world needs of millennial travelers—our core audience—and allows her to blend personal experience with professional insight. Simone leads Trip’IN with grit, grace, and purpose. She doesn’t just talk about creating space for others—she lives it.
